Managing a Critical Five-Day Facility Shutdown and Water System Overhaul

Last week was a very busy week for Puretech and one of our Clients. First ever time site had stopped production for 5 days for a shut down. First was the removal of a 44m3 very old and badly leaking CWST and the installation of a new 48m3 CWST. All pipe work upgraded to stainless steel, including 1x mains water and 2x well water inlets. New CWST was cleaned and chlorinated before going online. Second job was upgrading there existing 20 year old water softener, with a new 750 litre Duplex. All works completed within the dead and factory back in production = a very happy client.
