Clients that hold Service Agreements with us, having 24 hour, seven days a week dedicated, direct access to this important facility. On site assistance and the emergency supply of critical components further enhances this service ensuring production where possible is uninterrupted.

On the occasion of catastrophic plant failure, as an interim measure whilst new equipment is being sourced or to provide additional resource during peak demand periods. Puretech Ltd can provide a wide range of high quality equipment subject to short or long term loan arrangements.

This can be as simple as the provision of pre-charged Exchange Cylinders, supply of a portable Reverse Osmosis Unit or the delivery and on-going site maintenance of a containerised Mobile Water Treatment System.

Puretech Ltd will assist you in ensuring that production can continue and site viability, preserved.

Extending the life of existing equipment through careful day to day maintenance and occasional additional optimisation works is recommended to continue work production.

Our team will work alongside you, completing a full inspection of your existing equipment and offering practical solutions to meet your current and possible future requirements. A pre-planned visit, already provided within your Puretech Ltd Service Agreement provides an ideal opportunity for discussion.

Membrane replacement is essential to maintain peak performance in industrial water purification systems. Puretech’s service includes:

• Thorough system assessment to determine membrane condition, fouling type, and replacement timing
• Supply of premium spiral-wound or hollow-fiber membranes (polyamide thin-film composite, PVDF, ceramic, etc.) tailored to your application and feed water quality
• Safe removal of old membranes, thorough cleaning of pressure vessels, and correct installation of new elements with proper O-ring lubrication and end-cap alignment
• Post-replacement integrity testing (pressure decay, vacuum decay, or dye testing), permeate flushing, and performance verification
• Detailed service report with before/after data, membrane serial numbers, and recommendations for optimized operation

Similarly, when equipment comes to the end of its commercially useful life, we can be on hand to ensure that all is safely decommissioned prior to possible recycling or disposal.

Bespoke consumables packages can be provided to support your specific installation and with all service engineers carrying verifiable, calibrated monitoring equipment, we are suitably equipped to maximise the value of every site visit.

A Puretech Ltd Service Report, supported by a full technical service schedule, site specific Risk Assessment and Method Statement, is provided at every visit and will provide detailed operational information about your equipment. This will enable you to monitor performance and make informed decisions about future maintenance and system or production requirements.

Our High Quality Mixed Bed Cylinders deliver deionised water of exceptional purity, achieving conductivity levels below 0.1 µS/cm through carefully selected, high-capacity cation and anion resins in a perfectly balanced mixed-bed configuration.

Each cylinder is rigorously quality-controlled, pre-regenerated, and pressure-tested before dispatch. When capacity is reached, Puretech provides a rapid exchange service — including collection of the spent unit, delivery of a fully regenerated replacement, and full documentation — so your production never stops.
